Plans, billing and free trials

Open Advanced → Plan and billing (/studio/billing), or select Plan in Settings, to see your plan, usage and AI credits.

Plans

• Starter: $19 a month or $190 a year
• Growth: $49 a month or $490 a year
• Pro: $99 a month or $990 a year
• Agency: $249 a month or $2,490 a year

Yearly billing gives you 2 months free. Each plan's limits (products, team members, domains) and monthly AI credits are listed side by side. Every store starts on Preview: free, for building and test checkout only.

Free trial

Choose a plan and select Start 14-day free trial. A card is required, the trial is offered once per account, and you can cancel any time before it ends.

Go live

To take real orders, your store needs a plan with live checkout and Stripe connected in live mode with payments enabled (a test-mode connection can't go live). Then select Publish at the top and Go live. If Stripe is already ready when you buy a plan, your store goes live automatically.

Manage your subscription

Manage billing opens the Stripe billing portal to update your card, see invoices, change plan or cancel. Change plan shows the plans side by side.

If a payment fails

• When a trial ends without payment you get a 3-day grace period; when a renewal fails you get 7 days. Your store stays open meanwhile.
• After that the account is paused: your store shows "temporarily unavailable" to shoppers and your account drops to Preview limits. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan reopens it.
