Use your own domain

Every store has a Cornerrr address like yourshop.cornerrr.com, made from your business name when the website is built. On the Starter plan and above you can add your own domain.

Add a domain

1. Open Advanced → Web addresses (/studio/domains) and add your domain, for example shop.example.com or www.example.com. You can also add it in Settings, under Web address.
2. At your domain provider, add a CNAME record pointing to customers.cornerrr.com, and the TXT record shown under your domain (its name starts with _cornerrr.). The TXT record proves the address is yours; we connect it only after we see it.
3. Wait. The status moves from Waiting for DNS to Issuing certificate to Active, usually within a few minutes once DNS has updated. Select Check now to check straight away.

For a root domain (example.com without www), use your provider's CNAME flattening or ALIAS record, or use the www address instead.

Primary domain

Select Make primary on the domain customers should see. Your other addresses redirect to it, and search engines are told it's the main one.

Remove a domain

Select Remove. It stops serving your store right away. Your Cornerrr address can't be removed.

Plans

Starter includes 1 custom domain, Growth 3, Pro 5 and Agency 10. Only owners and admins can add or remove domains.
