Import products from a CSV, Shopify or Stripe

From Stripe

Connect Stripe and your active Stripe products are imported automatically. To import again later, open Products in the menu and select Import from Stripe above the list. New products appear as drafts within a minute. Product limits still apply.

From a CSV or Shopify export

1. Open Products (or Customers) in the menu.
2. Open the ⋯ menu and choose Import.
3. Upload a CSV or JSON file. Shopify product and customer CSV exports are recognised by their columns, so you can upload them as they are.

Products are imported with their variants, as drafts, so nothing goes live until you publish it. Imports run in the background; refresh the list to see them arrive.

CSV and Shopify imports need the Growth plan or above. Export is available on every plan from the same menu.

After importing

• Review titles, prices and images, then publish.
• Use Write copy with AI on a selection of products to write descriptions in bulk. See AI tools and credits.
