Write your store policies
Draft refund, shipping, privacy and terms policies with AI, review them and publish them to your store.
Open Settings → Policies (/studio/settings/policies), or Advanced → Policies.
Draft with AI
- Fill in the facts: your return window, who pays for return shipping and your processing time.
- Select Draft my policies (10 credits for all four).
- Review the drafts and apply them. Only owners and admins can apply policies.
The drafts are a starting point, not legal advice: check them against the rules where you sell, or ask a professional.
Where they appear
Your policies are published at /policies/refund, /policies/shipping, /policies/privacy and /policies/terms on your store. Link them from your footer menu in Advanced → Website → Navigation. If your store asks shoppers to accept your terms at checkout, Stripe Checkout links to your terms page.
