Your account, orders and downloads

Stores built with Cornerrr don't use passwords for shoppers.

Sign in

1. Go to Account on the store (/account).
2. Enter your email and select Email me a code.
3. Type the 6-digit code from the email. It expires after 10 minutes.

Your first sign-in creates your account. Each store has its own sign-in, so you sign in separately on every store.

What you'll find

• Orders: status (for example "Being prepared" or "Shipped") and tracking.
• Subscriptions and Downloads, when you have any.
• Addresses you've saved.

Use the same email you checked out with, and your orders and downloads appear.

Downloads

Digital purchases are listed under Downloads once the order is paid. Each download link works for a short time; select the file again if it expires.

Changed your mind?

Some stores show a Withdraw from contract here link at the bottom of every page, and on each order in your account. Fill in your name, email and order, then select Confirm withdrawal. You get an email straight away with what you sent and when the store received it. The store then tells you what happens next.

Need help with an order?

Contact the store directly: reply to your order confirmation email or use the contact details on the store. Payments are processed by Stripe on the store's behalf.
